The Villa Nina Relais overlooks the lake and has an extraordinary view of Lake Como and the hills that surround it. Built in the beginning of the 20th century it has been recently renovated by the actual owners, Federico and Claudia Walter, who were able to preserve the characteristics of the traditional “lake cottage”.

The house is located over the village's secondary road and is joined to its private lake side by a iron footbridge.

It’s positioned to the north-east and it lies in the sun from early morning until late afternoon.

The villa has a magnificent garden on the lake with a private jetty for boats' landing and a covered dock with terrace.
